Mental Health Services Community Nurse

As a Psychiatric Nurse, you will provide high-quality patient care and contribute to a multidisciplinary team in a dynamic community services environment.

Key Responsibilities:- Nursing care of acute mental health conditions in a day hospital setting
- Effective management of medication
- Comprehensive nursing assessments
- Collaboration with the multidisciplinary team to address individual patient needs
- Participation in group work initiatives
- Registered psychiatric nurse (NMBI) with a minimum of 3 years post-registration experience
- Desirable: Group work experience
- Acute care experience working as a mental health nurse in Ireland
- Availability to work a minimum of 3 days per week for continuity of care
