As a key member of the local engineering team, you will be responsible for material preparation, ensuring that all necessary materials are available on time for installations, upgrades, and Field Change Orders (FCOs).

  • Material Preparation:
    • Ensure timely availability of materials in the fabrication area for installations, upgrades, and FCOs.
    • Coordinate with the daily plan of works to ensure the right tools and materials are available at the right place.

You will work closely with the Supply Chain Management (SCM) team to manage tooling preventive maintenance and calibrations, as well as return materials to the lay down work area in a timely manner.

In addition, you will be responsible for system management in SAP & SMS, conducting administrative processing of transactions, researching materials, and escalating issues.
