Job Overview

We are seeking a seasoned Environmental Health and Safety (EHS) professional to lead our EHS initiatives. The ideal candidate will be responsible for developing and implementing effective EHS standards, promoting a proactive safety culture, and ensuring compliance with relevant regulations.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Stay up-to-date with regulatory changes and provide guidance on EHS best practices.
  • Collaborate with site operations to ensure compliance with Lower Tier SEVESO and ATEX requirements.
  • Evaluate and approve process and equipment changes for optimal EHS performance.
  • Maintain relationships with the EHS team, operational area managers, and functional managers to develop and implement EHS strategies.
  • Promote continuous improvement of our EHS operating culture.
  • Participate in site and EHS goal setting and contribute to Corporate Responsibility/Sustainability objectives.
  • Lead audits and inspections, compile EHS metrics, and analyze trends for corporate EHS management.
  • Ensure the accuracy and effectiveness of EHS systems and participate in root cause investigations as required.
