Key Responsibilities:
  • Strategic Leadership: Develop and execute the company's strategy, ensuring alignment with client objectives and market trends. Champion innovation in research methodologies and analytical tools.
  • Project Oversight: Design and oversee end-to-end research projects, including sampling, data collection, analysis, and reporting. Ensure projects are delivered on time, within budget, and meet quality standards.
  • Team Management: Lead, mentor, and develop a team of researchers and analysts. Foster a culture of collaboration, innovation, and continuous learning.
  • Client Engagement: Act as the primary point of contact for high-profile clients. Present research findings and strategic recommendations to clients in a clear and impactful manner.
  • Methodological Expertise: Help lead the development and application of advanced statistical and quantitative methodologies. Stay updated on emerging research trends, tools, and technologies.

The ideal candidate will have a proven passion for market research, considerable experience in quantitative research techniques and analysis, and strong influencing skills to instil client confidence quickly. They will be able to demonstrate their ability to relate insight to strategic business management issues and possess excellent reporting skills and presentation abilities.
