Work as an HR Assistant in a beautiful estate setting, supporting our People & Culture team with administrative tasks.
About the RoleThis is a unique opportunity to join a historic estate, blending 800-year-old charm with modern comfort. As our new HR Assistant, you will support our People & Culture team with high-quality administrative assistance across various exciting projects. You will gain exposure to key people strategies and work closely with colleagues at all levels. This role offers a great chance to develop your skills and experience while working in a stunning Irish location.
Your Responsibilities- Create and distribute engaging content to share business updates and promote new initiatives.
- Prepare reports and presentations for the People & Culture team and Senior Management.
- Draft professional documents and correspondence for senior leaders and team members.
- Support day-to-day administrative tasks such as processing expenses, posting job vacancies, raising purchase orders, coordinating interviews and meetings, screening applications, and managing the Applicant Tracking System.
We are looking for someone with strong attention to detail, excellent written communication skills, and the ability to prioritise changing deadlines. A third-level qualification in HRM or CIPD qualification is desirable but not essential. You should be confident using MS Office programs and have a proactive approach to your work. We also require someone who can maintain confidentiality and compliance in HR.
