Job DescriptionWe are seeking an experienced Vehicle Operations Manager to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for managing the day-to-day operations of our vehicle distribution centre, including overseeing the movement and storage of vehicles, coordinating with transportation providers, and implementing process improvements.
The ideal candidate will have a strong background in logistics and operations management, with experience in managing teams and driving business growth. They will also possess excellent communication and problem-solving skills, with the ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage the daily operations of the vehicle distribution centre, including overseeing the movement and storage of vehicles
- Coordinate with transportation providers to ensure timely and efficient delivery of vehicles
- Implement process improvements to drive business growth and efficiency
- Maintain high levels of customer satisfaction through effective communication and issue resolution
- Develop and implement policies and procedures to ensure compliance with regulatory requirements
- Provide leadership and guidance to team members to achieve business objectives
