Key Responsibilities:
  • Drive efficiency from all compound/port operations
  • Implement new efficiency improvements as required
  • Ensure all KPIs are met
  • Complete damage paperwork accurately and on time
  • Maintain handling standards for all units
  • Ensure quality and inspection standards for all units
  • Work safely, efficiently, and to the required standard
  • Maintain ISO management systems and processes
  • Comply with standards for drivers and transporters
  • Adhere to company policies and procedures
  • Manage/supervise staff to achieve objectives
