We are seeking a highly skilled Reliability Specialist Engineer to join our team on an assignment in Cork, Ireland.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop engineering solutions to prevent repetitive failures and resolve costly equipment issues.
  • Maintain and enhance Condition Based Maintenance (CBM) programs, including result interpretation and reporting.
  • Analyse equipment history using the CMMS to ensure effective maintenance and reduce regulatory concerns.
  • Optimise maintenance activities to ensure efficient, reliable operation of plant processes and equipment, maximising asset life at optimal cost.
  • Benchmark emerging technologies and best practices, implementing digital and SMART maintenance solutions where appropriate.
  • Coach and support maintenance planners and schedulers to achieve key performance metrics.
  • Ensure compliance with Quality and EHS Management System requirements relevant to manufacturing operations.
Requirements
  • Degree in Engineering, preferably Mechanical or Electrical.
  • At least 3 years experience in a similar role within an industrial environment or specialised consultancy.
  • Proficiency with Computerised Maintenance Management Systems (CMMS).
  • Strong stakeholder management skills, including the ability to develop trust and engagement.
  • Demonstrated ability to communicate effectively across multidisciplinary teams.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills, strong analytical skills with the ability to identify trends and patterns.
