Reliability Expert

We are seeking a skilled Reliability Specialist to fill this challenging role.

  • The successful candidate will develop proactive maintenance strategies to prevent equipment failures and reduce downtime.
  • Maintenance schedules will be optimized using Condition Based Maintenance (CBM) techniques, incorporating vibration analysis, thermography, and other predictive methods.
  • A thorough analysis of equipment history will be conducted to ensure effective maintenance efforts, meeting regulatory requirements and improving overall plant reliability.
  • The expert will stay up-to-date with emerging technologies and implement digital solutions to enhance maintenance efficiency and effectiveness.
  • Candidates must have strong analytical skills, able to identify trends and patterns in equipment performance data.
About the Role
  1. This position requires an engineering degree qualification, preferably in mechanical or electrical engineering.
  2. A minimum of 2 years of professional experience in a similar role is required, preferably in an industrial environment or within a specialized consultancy.
  3. Candidates should have strong problem-solving skills and the ability to work independently.
