We are seeking a highly skilled and detail-oriented Accounts Assistant to join our financial team in Belfast, Ireland.
Key Responsibilities:
- Process supplier and customer invoices as part of a cohesive team.
- Perform timely bank reconciliations on a monthly basis.
- Process purchases ledger invoices and match delivery notes and purchase orders.
- Reconcile accurate supplier statements.
- PAYROLL ASSISTANCE: Assist with balance sheet reconciliations and credit card statements to ensure accuracy.
- Manage effective credit control procedures.
- Complete VAT returns efficiently.
Requirements:
- Prior experience in a similar role is beneficial.
- Proficiency in working with financial and administrative systems is required.
- Demonstrated expertise in using Microsoft Office, particularly Excel, is essential.
