Financial Operations Specialist

This is a challenging and rewarding opportunity for an experienced Senior Financial Accountant to play a key role in our finance team.
Key Responsibilities:- Support the daily operations of the finance function, ensuring accuracy and efficiency in all financial processes.
- Prepare monthly financial reports, including management accounts, activity reports, and performance metrics that provide valuable insights into the company's financial health.
- Collaborate with external auditors to ensure compliance with statutory requirements and regulatory standards.
- Develop and implement effective cash flow forecasting and banking functions that optimize financial resources.
- Review and enhance internal financial controls and procedures to minimize risks and maximize financial stability.
- Work closely with the ICT department to implement finance system upgrades and new technologies that improve financial processes and decision-making.
- Assist in budget preparation and monitoring, ensuring that financial resources are allocated effectively and efficiently.
- Contribute to the development of risk management and quality assurance frameworks that promote financial stability and security.
- A recognized accounting qualification (ACCA, CPA, CIMA, ACA) or equivalent is essential.
- Minimum 3-4 years' experience in a similar role is preferred.
- Strong proficiency in financial systems and MS Excel is required.
- Previous Public Sector experience is highly advantageous but not essential.
