Join our team as a Night Porter at a dynamic hotel group. The successful candidate will be responsible for ensuring the smooth operation of front desk services, handling guest requests and maintaining the cleanliness of the hotel.

About the Job

We are looking for an experienced individual who is able to work well under pressure, handle multiple tasks simultaneously and maintain a high level of customer service. As a Night Porter, you will be the first point of contact for guests upon arrival and departure, and will be responsible for ensuring that their needs are met promptly and efficiently.

Key Responsibilities
  • Clean areas in the hotel, including the lobby, back office, stairways, restaurant and bar floor, public and staff areas, and the meeting room floor.
  • Maintain the front entrance and outside areas, ensuring they are clean and tidy at all times (e.g., emptying bins, picking up rubbish).
  • Understand the hotels' fire procedures to ensure the safety of all staff and guests at all times.
  • Set up meeting rooms as required.
