
Financial Operations Coordinator

- Maintain and manage internal reports for monthly submission to Head Office.
- Ensure timely processing of admin payments onto the system.
- Conduct spot checks on daily float bags for accuracy.
- Report any discrepancies in tenders to the Administration Manager.
- Review debtors reconciliation to ensure balance, investigating variances and reporting them to the Administration Manager.
You will also be responsible for ensuring that supplier reconciliations are completed by required time, and raising and processing credit claims as necessary.
Additional Accountabilities:- Filing and storage of store documentation as required.
- Evaluation of relevant memorandums for implementation.
- Pursuit of other duties as needed to fulfill role responsibilities.
