We are currently seeking a highly skilled Financial Operations Coordinator to support the smooth running of our finance operations.

The successful candidate will be responsible for managing day-to-day bookkeeping, including accounts payable and receivable. They will also prepare and process invoices, reconciliations, and banking transactions.

Key Responsibilities:
  1. Manage day-to-day bookkeeping
  2. Prepare and process invoices, reconciliations, and banking transactions
  3. Support payroll preparation and expense management
  4. Maintain accurate financial records in line with compliance requirements

We are looking for someone with strong attention to detail, excellent organisational skills and the ability to work independently and as part of a team. Proficiency in accounting software and Microsoft Excel is essential.
