Meetings and Events Coordinator


About the Role

This role is responsible for providing professional, efficient and courteous service to all customers. You will be working in one of our food & beverage outlets; our Restaurant, Bar & Lounge, Room Service or Conference and Banqueting team.

You will be required to ensure 100% guest satisfaction; that all working areas are clean and tidy at all times and that mise-en-place is in for setting and clearing of tables in the outlets.

The ideal candidate will have a thorough working knowledge of food & beverage menus and the ability to guide guests as desired.


Responsibilities
  • Provide exceptional customer service to all clients and colleagues.
  • Work efficiently and effectively in a fast-paced environment.
  • Maintain a high level of attention to detail and ensure accuracy in all tasks.
  • Be flexible with regards to working different shifts and weekends.

Qualifications / Skills
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Able to work well under pressure and maintain a calm demeanor.
  • Highly organized and able to prioritize tasks effectively.
  • Friendly and approachable with a strong desire to deliver excellent customer service.
  • Ability to learn quickly and take on new challenges.
  • Restaurant and bar background preferred.
