About the Role

At our residential home, we strive to provide a safe and welcoming environment for our residents. As a Housekeeping and Kitchen Support Professional, you will play a crucial role in maintaining this atmosphere by ensuring our facilities are clean and tidy.

Responsibilities:
  • Clean general areas and residents' rooms daily.
  • Maintain proper use and storage of cleaning equipment and solutions.
  • Ensure correct disposal of domestic waste.
  • Clean spillages promptly and utilize wet signs as necessary.
  • Mainfest cleanliness in the kitchen area.
  • Assist with washing up and setup of meals.
  • Implement and maintain safe work practices at all times.
Requirements:
  • Previous experience in a similar setting is desirable but not essential.
  • Possess a genuine passion for elder care, providing a safe living environment.
  • Able to work independently or as part of a team.
  • Demonstrate professionalism, care, and empathy.
  • Comfortable working in potentially challenging situations.
  • Strong English language skills.
