We are seeking an experienced and skilled Chef de Partie to join our dynamic kitchen team in Cork City Centre.

As a Chef de Partie, you will play a key role in the day-to-day running of our busy kitchen, working closely with the Head Chef and other senior kitchen staff to deliver exceptional food quality and service standards.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Preparing, cooking, and presenting dishes to the highest standards, using only the freshest ingredients and adhering to strict health and safety protocols.">
  • Assisting in the development of menus and new dishes, working collaboratively with the culinary team to create innovative and exciting options for our guests.">
  • Ensuring the kitchen operates efficiently, maintaining high standards of hygiene and safety, and implementing effective systems for stock rotation, ordering, and waste control.">
  • Supporting and mentoring junior kitchen staff, providing guidance and training to help them develop their skills and confidence in the kitchen.">
  • Managing stock levels, ordering, and waste control, ensuring that all kitchen supplies are managed effectively and efficiently.">
  • Working collaboratively with the team to deliver a consistent and memorable dining experience for our guests, responding positively to feedback and making adjustments as needed to ensure the highest level of customer satisfaction.">

Requirements:

  • Previous experience as a Chef de Partie in a hotel or high-volume restaurant environment, with a proven track record of delivering exceptional food quality and service standards.">
  • Strong culinary skills, with a passion for fresh, high-quality ingredients and a commitment to using sustainable and locally sourced produce wherever possible.">
  • Excellent organisational and time management abilities, with the ability to prioritise tasks, manage multiple projects simultaneously, and work effectively under pressure in a fast-paced environment.">
  • Ability to work collaboratively as part of a close-knit team, with strong communication and leadership skills and a positive attitude towards teamwork and collaboration.">
  • Must be currently living in Ireland, with the right to work in the Republic of Ireland.">
  • Availability to work flexible hours, including evenings, weekends, and public holidays.">
