- Management of stock levels, suppliers, and ordering in line with budget requirements
- Ensurance of compliance with HACCP, food safety, and hygiene regulations at all times

- Collaboration with senior management and front-of-house teams to enhance the customer experience
- Proven experience as a Head Chef or Senior Sous Chef in a high-volume catering, hotel, or restaurant environment
- Strong knowledge of HACCP and food safety procedures
- Excellent leadership, communication, and organisational skills
- Passion for innovation, food trends, and delivering high-quality dishes
- Ability to manage budgets, control costs, and achieve operational targets
- Flexibility to work shifts, including some weekends as required
