Job Overview

We are seeking a highly skilled HR Manager to join our team.

This is an excellent opportunity to work in a dynamic and fast-paced environment, managing day-to-day HR functions across all locations in Dublin.

About the Role:

  • Ensure compliance with employment legislation and provide expert guidance on internal policies.
  • Act as an internal point of contact for management updates and provide support as needed.
  • Promote positive employee relations, address workplace concerns, and manage sensitive disciplinary processes.
  • Design and implement initiatives to upskill employees and drive organisational growth.
  • Work closely with management to identify training needs and cultivate a collaborative work environment.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and implement effective HR strategies to enhance organisational performance.
  • Provide expert advice on employment law and best practices.
  • Manage employee relationships, conflicts, and grievances.
  • Conduct performance evaluations and develop training programs.
  • Maintain accurate and confidential employee records.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources or a related field.
  • Minimum 3 years' experience working as a HR Manager in a fast-paced environment.
  • Ideal candidate will have a background in retail or hospitality.
