Facilities Management Professional

We are seeking a skilled professional to oversee daily maintenance activities on site, ensuring all products meet strict quality guidelines. The successful candidate will drive a culture of continuous improvement and excellence through effective management practices.
Key Responsibilities- Manage departmental staff including holiday cover and performance reviews.
- Oversee timekeeping, holiday requests, and ensure technicians are trained, equipped, and motivated.
- Maintain training and safety awareness records and ensure up-to-date operating procedures.
- Responsible for facility and utility maintenance, upkeep, and asset management.
- Organize, control, and report preventative maintenance, calibration, work requests, and departmental budgets.
- Establish and maintain a computerized maintenance management system for tracking work orders, spare parts, and maintenance history.
- Supervise Reliability Engineering activities, analyze data, and improve equipment availability.
- Anticipate and solve problems, identify opportunities for improvement, and initiate projects to enhance efficiency and reduce costs.
- Track, analyze, and improve key maintenance parameters and play an active role in Change Control committee.
- Craft qualification in electrical or mechanical trades.
- Minimum of 3 years of experience in the pharmaceutical industry or similar environment.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
