About the Role

As a strategic leader for pharmaceutical manufacturing facilities, you will oversee soft service teams and utilities management to ensure operational excellence and GxP-compliant operations.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and implement site-specific strategies aligned with corporate objectives.
  • Drive operational efficiency through process optimization and effective facility management practices.
  • Set, monitor, and achieve key performance indicators related to service delivery, quality, safety, and cost-efficiency.
  • Lead utilities and facilities management teams in maintaining critical infrastructure to support uninterrupted manufacturing operations.
  • Ensure business continuity through risk management strategies and contingency planning.
  • Serve as the primary representative during client regulatory inspections and audits.
  • Implement quality management systems and compliance initiatives for facility operations.
  • Stay current with evolving regulatory requirements in pharmaceutical manufacturing environments.
  • Manage annual site budgets, service delivery planning, and resource allocation.
  • Optimize resource utilization across service teams to maximize efficiency.
  • Report on financial performance metrics to regional leadership and stakeholders.
  • Lead, mentor, and develop a diverse team of professionals across multiple technical disciplines.
  • Foster a culture of continuous improvement, innovation, and service excellence.
  • Manage performance review processes and succession planning.
  • Promote safety awareness and maintain a safety-first culture throughout operations.
