With a strong background in cardiology nursing and management expertise, you will oversee the delivery of exceptional patient care, ensuring high standards are consistently met.
Key Responsibilities:- Lead a team of experienced Cardiology Nurses to deliver outstanding patient care
- Develop and implement effective strategies to improve patient outcomes and quality of care
- Collaborate with colleagues to ensure seamless communication and coordination of care
- Maintain accurate records and reports, adhering to regulatory requirements
- Participate in clinical audit and risk management initiatives
- Registered General Nurse with NMBI registration
- Minimum 5 years post-registration experience with 2+ years in Cardiology Nursing
- Proven leadership and management skills
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
- Strong organizational and IT skills
