Nurse Leadership Role

The role of a Clinical Nurse Manager II is to provide professional and clinical leadership in all aspects of nursing care. This involves establishing and maintaining caring and therapeutic interpersonal relationships with individuals, clients, groups, and communities.
Key Responsibilities:- Provide effective leadership in the delivery of high-quality patient care
- Develop and implement strategies to improve nursing practice and patient outcomes
- Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to achieve common goals
- Ensure compliance with regulatory requirements and industry standards
- Lead by example, promoting a culture of excellence and continuous improvement
Required Skills and Qualifications:
- Registered in the General Division of the Register of Nurses and Midwives maintained by the Nursing and Midwifery Board of Ireland
- At least 5 years post registration experience with 2 recent years in the related area
- Excellent interpersonal skills and evidence of ongoing professional development
