High-Level Nursing Leadership Role

As a Clinical Nurse Manager 2 Endoscopy, you will provide high-level professional and clinical leadership in all aspects of nursing care. You will be responsible for assessing, evaluating, and reviewing patient needs prior to endoscopy procedures.
Main Responsibilities:
- Direct Patient Care: Provide high-quality patient care and serve as a positive role model.
- Clinical Management: Manage patient caseloads and ensure evidence-based care planning.
- Best Practices Development: Develop and implement best practices, policies, and procedures.
- Patient Education: Provide education and information to patients and families.
- Personal Development: Demonstrate self-directed learning to maintain professional credibility.
Key Qualifications:
- Registered with the NMBI and possessing 5+ years of post-registration experience.
- At least 2 years of experience in related clinical areas.
- Demonstrated commitment to continuous professional development.
- Possession of requisite knowledge and skills, including clinical, managerial, and administrative capacity.
