We are seeking a Senior Financial Analyst to lead our FP&A team.

This role is responsible for the consolidation and analysis of the company's budget and forecasts, as well as managing stakeholder relationships and providing key reports and financial packages to senior management.

The ideal candidate will have strong analytical skills, proficiency in Microsoft Excel, and familiarity with financial software and modelling techniques.

This position offers significant exposure to business operations, strategic decision-making processes, and key Executive Leadership contributing to the development and execution of business strategies.

Responsibilities include managing annual budgets, preparing comprehensive financial packages, highlighting key insights and trends, driving ongoing process improvement and automation projects within the finance team, and conducting detailed analyses to support strategic decision-making.

Key qualifications include a Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or a related field, supported by a professional accountancy qualification, minimum 2 years' PQE in Pharmaceutical/Medtech/Biotech experience, and required skills such as analysis, communication, leadership, systems, and accountability.
