Job Title: Vice President of Financial Crime Compliance

This role is responsible for providing strategic advice to the business on financial crime matters, ensuring compliance with relevant laws and regulations. The successful candidate will have a deep understanding of financial crime requirements and experience working in payments and merchant services.

The Vice President of Financial Crime Compliance will collaborate with the business to implement policies, procedures, and systems related to anti-money laundering and counter terrorist financing. They will also provide subject matter expertise to support technology development and regional input to the global program.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Assist the business in implementing AML/CTF policies and procedures.
  • Provide guidance on Know Your Customer (KYC) policies.
  • Support the development of the local monitoring program.
  • Prepare legal entity AML/CFT Risk Assessments.
  • Monitor and identify suspicious activity analysis and reporting.
Requirements:
  • Sound knowledge of financial crime requirements.
  • Experience working in payments and/or merchant services.
  • Good communication skills.
  • Ability to establish strong relationships within a large organization.
  • Proactive approach to problem solving.
