Supply Chain Coordinator Job Description

Key Responsibilities:
  • Manage customer relationships and ensure efficient information flow on orders, order confirmations, shipping details, and invoicing.
  • Coordinate logistics with suppliers, customers, and co-marketing partners to drive operational excellence.
  • Ensure timely order processing and fulfillment by managing correspondence with customers and suppliers.
  • Maintain proper order files with relevant information and ensure that shipments are made under approved terms and credit limits.
  • Develop and maintain excellent cross-company, cross-functional, and multi-geographical relationships with key internal and external stakeholders.
  • Own LOPs (Level of Processing) and have ownership of MRDs (Master Requirements Documents), supply agreements, and perform regular inventory reconciliations.
  • Manage shopping carts and service POs (Purchase Orders) to maintain accurate replenishment plans between end customers and plant sites.
  • Communicate and provide support during supply interruptions, such as returns, recalls, and allocation.

Required Skills and Qualifications

Basic Requirements:
  • A third-level degree qualification in Supply Chain Management or a related field.
  • Procurement/Supply Chain/Logistics qualifications, such as IIPMM, IPICS, APICS, with relevant experience.
  • Fluent in English language; foreign languages may be an advantage.
  • Good computer-based skills, particularly SAP or similar applications and MS Office applications, especially MS Excel.
