Responsible Mechanical Project Manager Role

We are seeking an experienced Mechanical Project Manager to lead a large residential project in Cork.

This key role requires an individual with extensive experience in the mechanical sector, possessing a strong background in all aspects of projects from inception through to completion.

The successful applicant will be able to demonstrate evidence of developing effective project management plans, client relationship building, financial management, and ensuring that projects are delivered on time, within budget, and to quality expectations.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage overall project delivery from inception to completion
  • Plan, implement, and deliver projects according to programme, budget, and quality expectations
  • Management of project teams covering engineers, QS, site managers, subcontractors, and support staff
  • Client liaison and stakeholder management
  • Maintaining accurate project documentation throughout the full project lifecycle
  • Site Audit Reports

Essential Qualifications and Skills:

  • Minimum 3+ years' experience as a mechanical project manager
  • Ideal candidate holds a relevant Mechanical/Project Management Certification
  • Strong understanding of technical, commercial, and contractual processes involved
  • Excellent problem-solving and decision-making skills
  • Ability to read, understand, and create contractual requirements, scope objectives, and financial reports
  • Proficiency with Microsoft Office Products
