About the Role

This 12-month FTC position is an excellent opportunity for an ambitious individual to join our team at Link Personnel. As an L&D Administrator, you will play a key role in supporting the development of our staff through effective learning and development strategies. You will work closely with the Senior L&D Manager to manage the daily operations of our Learning Management System (LMS), ensuring seamless delivery of learning content and experiences to our employees.

Main Responsibilities:
  • User enrollment and management on the LMS.
  • Video content editing and creation for the LMS.
  • Curriculum and learning plan enhancement on the LMS.
  • Manuals, guides, FAQs, and tutorial management on the LMS.
This role requires a proactive and organised individual who can maintain accurate records, adhere to deadlines, and communicate effectively with stakeholders.
