Job Description

We are seeking an experienced Corporate Administrative Specialist to join our European team in Dublin.

The successful candidate will be responsible for providing high-level administrative support to our Vice President and General Manager, ensuring the smooth operation of the office.

This is an exciting opportunity to work with a leading technology company and contribute to the growth and success of our European operations.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage a complex calendar of appointments, including meetings, travel arrangements, and expense reports.
  • Coordinate with external stakeholders, vendors, and internal teams to ensure seamless execution of projects.
  • Provide administrative support to the Vice President and General Manager, including preparing documents, making travel arrangements, and handling correspondence.
  • Develop and implement effective administrative systems and processes to improve efficiency and productivity.
  • Collaborate with the leadership team to identify opportunities for process improvement and provide recommendations.
  • Accompany the Vice President and General Manager on business trips as required.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent work experience.
  • 5+ years of experience in an administrative support role at the executive level.
  • Exceptional calendar management skills, including coordination of complex meetings.
  • Strong command of G Suite applications, including Google Docs, Sheets, and Slides.
  • Professional written and verbal communication skills with strong attention to detail.
  • Experience with complex executive company travel.
  • Exceptional organisational and decision-making skills.
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
