Project Leadership Opportunity

You will be responsible for leading a team to achieve project objectives, focusing on coordination and management of capital investment projects in various industries.

  • Develop and manage project plans, direct and manage teams, monitor and control projects, and evaluate trade-offs within projects.
  • Collaborate with stakeholders to develop project scope, create detailed Work Breakdown Structures, and analyze critical paths, major workstreams, and intersecting milestones.
  • Define project budgets, monitor and maintain costs, and partner with cross-functional managers to develop Quality Plans using quality planning tools and techniques.
  • Develop risk management plans, identify, analyze, and understand project risks, and develop and monitor risk response plans.
  • Estimate, acquire, and assign project resources, define roles, responsibilities, and deliverables for each team member, and provide feedback on performance reviews.
  • Develop Stakeholder management plans based on identification, analysis, and understanding of Stakeholder expectations, and develop communications management plans for project teams and key stakeholders.
Required Skills and Qualifications:
  • Bachelor's Degree in a related field.
  • PMP or equivalent certification.
  • 6+ years of experience managing projects of increasing complexity.
  • Adept at team management, selecting the right people for tasks while maintaining team morale and recognizing contributions.
  • Incorporates end-user feedback to refine scope throughout the project lifecycle and communicates changes, updates, and decisions to key stakeholders.
  • Understands and communicates how goals fit into broader organizational goals and prioritizes tasks/schedule accordingly.
  • Keeps customers at the heart of what we do and exercises good judgment to make solid decisions despite ambiguity.
