We are seeking a highly motivated and goal-oriented professional to join our dynamic sales team specialising in Immunology.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop and implement strategic account plans for targeted customers in the immunology disease area, ensuring alignment with overall business objectives.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with key opinion leaders (KOL's), and healthcare professionals, fostering open communication and collaboration.
  • Achieve and exceed sales targets and objectives for assigned accounts, driving revenue growth and market expansion.
  • Conduct product presentations and therapeutic area discussions to healthcare providers, delivering accurate and up-to-date information that meets their needs.
  • Collaborate with both internal and external cross-functional teams to ensure cohesive strategy implementation and optimal results.
  • Analyse market trends, competitor activities and customer need to identify opportunities for growth, staying ahead of the competition.
  • Provide exceptional customer service and support in handling product inquiries, ensuring complete satisfaction and loyalty.
  • Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of sales activities, customer interactions, and performance metrics in the CRM system, facilitating data-driven decision-making.

This role requires a Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience in Life Sciences, Pharmacy, or a related field, along with proven experience in pharmaceutical sales or account management, preferably in Immunology. Strong analytical skills and ability to use data to drive decision-making are also essential.

The ideal candidate will have excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills, with the ability to influence and engage collaborators. A willingness to travel as needed to meet client needs and attend industry events is also required.
