About the Position

We are seeking a highly skilled Asset Data Specialist to join our team. As a key member of our organization, you will be responsible for ensuring accurate, reliable, and well-structured asset data that supports efficient maintenance, operational decision-making, and regulatory compliance.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Manage and optimize asset information systems to ensure accurate asset data, work order tracking, and maintenance records.
  • Develop and report on plant availability and reliability KPIs (MTBF, MTTR, downtime, asset criticality).
  • Maintain high data quality, including correct asset tagging, fault codes, and failure modes.
  • Produce asset performance dashboards and analyze maintenance trends to improve reliability.
  • Coordinate with teams and contractors to ensure timely completion and closure of work orders.
  • Support procurement and inventory management for critical spares.
  • Contribute to continuous improvement, predictive maintenance strategies, and regulatory compliance.
Requirements
  • Degree or equivalent in Engineering, Maintenance Management, Data Analytics, or related technical field.
  • Hands-on experience with asset information systems (e.g., PEMAC, Maximo, SAP PM, Infor EAM).
  • Strong knowledge of plant availability metrics and maintenance performance KPIs.
  • Competence in Excel, and preferably Power BI, for generating automated reports and dashboards.
