We are seeking a seasoned Senior Asset Operations Manager to oversee the lifecycle events of private credit investments.
Main Responsibilities:- Manage client and team deliverables, ensuring adherence to industry best practices.
- Develop operational standards and procedures to enhance efficiency.
- Mentor staff and supervisors to achieve professional growth.
- Become an expert in processing complex restructurings and other lifecycle events.
- Stay informed about market developments and trends.
- Nurture relationships with clients, vendors, loan agents, and relationship managers across a global network.
- Plan resources effectively, collaborating with other teams.
- Train and coach new employees, motivating them to achieve their full potential.
- Ensure excellent client service and timely query resolution.
- A minimum of 10 years' experience in alternative funds, with at least 5 years in private credit/loan operations.
- 4 years in a supervisory or management role.
- Portfolio accounting system knowledge.
- Familiarity with Power BI and Alteryx automation tools (desired).
- Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.
- Strong written and oral communication skills.
- Excellent organizational and analytical abilities.
- Initiative and ownership of responsibilities.
- Ability to solve complex problems.
- Project management experience.
- Vendor management expertise.
