Job Summary

We are seeking an experienced chef to manage our kitchen's daily operations, ensuring high standards of food safety and hygiene. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for preparing and cooking healthy meals and snacks for children.

About the Role
  • Plan and implement menus that cater to different dietary requirements and preferences
  • Liaise with suppliers to source fresh ingredients and maintain efficient stock levels
  • Work collaboratively with colleagues to achieve outstanding results in a dynamic environment
Responsibilities
  • Overall management of kitchen operations, adhering to strict health and safety protocols
  • Deliver exceptional customer service by adapting meals to meet individual needs
  • Source high-quality ingredients from reputable suppliers and optimize inventory control
  • Develop new menu ideas and recipes to enhance the culinary experience for children and their families
Requirements
  • Minimum 1-2 years professional cooking experience, with a proven track record of delivering excellent cuisine
  • HACCP certification is desirable but not essential - we provide training for the right candidate
  • Outstanding attention to detail, with a strong focus on quality and safety
  • Excellent communication skills, with a good standard of English
