Strategic Leadership Role

As a Director of Commercial Excellence, you will be responsible for architecting and scaling best-in-class commercial systems, tools, and practices to drive growth. You will partner with global stakeholders to develop the commercial strategy in alignment with corporate growth objectives and market opportunities.

This role is ideal for a self-motivated, analytically-minded leader who thrives in fast-paced, high-growth environments and has a passion for building scalable commercial infrastructure and transforming information into insight and action.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and implement sales coverage models and territory alignment to optimize resource allocation.
  • Conduct market segmentation analysis and inform go-to-market strategy.
  • Partner with commercial leadership to ensure effectiveness across sales, relationship management, and the broader commercial function.

Requirements:

  • 10+ years of experience in B2B or Technology/SaaS companies with significant exposure to global sales teams.
  • 5+ years in a leadership capacity.
  • A strong understanding and experience with sales enablement tools and technology.
