Drive Commercial Excellence as a Strategic Leader

Job Overview:

The Director of Commercial Excellence serves as a key strategic partner, driving growth and effectiveness across sales, relationship management, and the broader commercial function.

  • Partner with global stakeholders to develop the commercial strategy, aligning with corporate growth objectives and market opportunities.
  • Design and implement sales coverage models and territory alignment to optimize resource allocation.
  • Develop and execute a commercial dashboard strategy to provide ready access to prescriptive and predictive insights for Sales Directors, Relationship Managers, and Commercial Leadership.
  • Present findings and recommendations regularly to Commercial and Executive leadership and stakeholders.
Requirements and Qualifications:
  • 10+ years of experience in high-performance sales organizations, enablement, or sales operations/equivalent functions with significant exposure to global sales teams.
  • 5+ years in a leadership capacity.
  • Strong understanding and experience with sales enablement tools and technology (e.g., Salesforce.com, PowerBI).
