Manufacturing Operations Leader

As a key member of our organization, you will play a pivotal role in ensuring successful site delivery and driving strategic initiatives aligned with company objectives.

Your Responsibilities
  • Develop and execute a data-driven cross-enterprise schedule for successful site delivery.
  • Manage production operations, schedules, and changeovers while conducting audits to optimize plant performance.
  • Cultivate high-performing teams through coaching, mentoring, and driving continuous improvement.
  • Collaborate with senior leadership to execute strategic initiatives.
  • Lead safety audits and monitor investigations to achieve zero Lost Time Injuries (LTIs) and Recordable Injuries (RI).
  • Ensure compliance with regulatory requirements and drive initiatives to reduce Quality Notifications (QNs).

To succeed in this role, you must have:

  • A degree in Science, Engineering, or a Technical field.
  • Evidence of Continuous Professional Development, such as Lean Six Sigma Green Belt certification.
  • At least 6 years' experience in the Biopharma, pharma, or regulatory operations industry.
  • Strong people management experience, managing managers, and people development expertise.
