Visual Merchandising and Design Assistant

About the Role
This is an exceptional opportunity for a creative individual to gain valuable experience in visual merchandising and design. The successful candidate will work closely with the Textile Buying and Design teams, learning about the various stages of the design process.
Key Responsibilities:- Support the development of visual range planners, collate research and prepare updates as required.
- Assist in the creation of design packs and provide administrative support to the Design teams.
- Contribute to the production of colour matching, archiving of fabric and samples, and updating artworks.
- Excellent communication skills, creativity, originality, and attention to detail are essential.
- Proficient computer skills, including Adobe Creative Suite - Photoshop, Illustrator & InDesign.
- Familiarity with repeat print and pattern design is advantageous.
- Able to work collaboratively within a team environment.
- Possesses a positive attitude and ability to adapt quickly to new challenges.
