Job Title: Social Care Worker

We are seeking experienced professionals to support residents with intellectual disability, autism spectrum disorder and acquired brain injury in a home-like environment.

The ideal candidate will have a qualification at level 7 on the National Framework of Qualifications in Social Care or related discipline, experience in residential, respite or day service settings and be CORU Registered as Social Care Worker or in the process of registration.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Deliver person-centred care and support social, religious, and recreational activities
  • Collaborate with the multidisciplinary team to ensure safe, high-quality care
Requirements:
