Job Overview
Emeis is seeking a skilled and experienced Senior Office Administrator to join our team at The Residence, Portlaoise Nursing Home. This is a full-time, permanent position offering a competitive salary of €16.00 per hour.

Responsibilities
As a Senior Office Administrator, you will be responsible for the day-to-day administration of the nursing home, including:
  • Managing resident listings and ensuring accurate and timely reporting of Payroll details to Head Office.
  • Supporting the follow up on overdue balances from residents and processing payment runs for vendors.
  • Liaising with Head Office to resolve any outstanding issues and preparing and submitting relevant Resident financial information.
  • Maintaining stationery supplies, managing resident accounts, and facilitating the Purchasing Manager in providing required information to maximize price efficiencies and minimize costs.

Requirements
To be successful in this role, you will need:
  • 3 years+ previous reception/administrative experience.
  • A leaving certificate standard of education is essential and ideally a further post-leaving certificate qualification in reception duties.
  • An ability to work in a high productivity environment, communicate effectively with residents, staff, and visitors, and demonstrate excellent organizational and multi-tasking skills.
