Job Summary

Key Responsibilities:
- Providing exceptional customer service through effective communication and interpersonal skills
- Preparing, checking, and processing data with attention to detail
- Maintaining and updating records as required
- Supporting day-to-day operations by managing tasks efficiently

Requirements:
- Previous experience in a high-level clerical or administrative role is essential
- Excellent IT and MS Office skills, particularly in Excel and Access
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Strong planning, organizing, and diary management skills
