Job Description

This is a challenging role for an experienced Administrative & Finance Coordinator to join the Executive Edge team. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record in financial administration, with excellent organizational skills and the ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment.

The successful candidate will be responsible for maintaining accurate financial records, processing invoices and payments, and managing debt collection processes. They will also be required to maintain comprehensive resident files, adhere to company policies and regulations, and provide administrative support to the Home Manager.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Maintain and update resident listings, ensuring accuracy in financial records.
  • Process invoices, approve payments, and ensure timely vendor payments.
  • Manage outstanding resident balances and debt collection processes.
  • Maintain comprehensive and compliant resident files.
  • Provide secretarial and administrative support to the Home Manager.

Requirements:

  • Minimum of 3 years experience in a similar role.
  • A positive and compassionate attitude.
  • Excellent communication skills for interacting with residents, staff, and visitors.
  • Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.
  • Self-motivated with the ability to work independently and take ownership of responsibilities.
