Administrative Support Specialist

We are recruiting for an Administrative & Finance Coordinator to join our Nursing Home team. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for ensuring the smooth operation of financial, administrative, and reception tasks.
Key Duties- Finance & Administration:
- Maintain accurate financial records.
- Process invoices and manage debt collection.
- Reconcile statements and oversee month-end financial reporting.
- Keep resident listings updated daily.
- Address resident queries regarding account balances.
- Prepare final accounts upon resident discharge.
The ideal candidate will have a minimum of 3 years experience in a similar role, excellent communication skills, and strong organizational and multitasking abilities.
