Compliance BCAR Engineer Role Overview
">This is an exciting opportunity for a Compliance BCAR Engineer/Inspector to join our Dublin team. The successful candidate will be responsible for supporting diverse projects nationwide, ensuring compliance, and maintaining high standards in building control.
">The role involves preparing and completing commencement and completion notices, compiling completion and ancillary certificates, attending client, design, and site meetings, and conducting site inspections with detailed reports.
">We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced individual with a strong background in Architecture, Building Surveying, Civil & Structural Engineering, or Mechanical & Electrical Engineering.
">Key Requirements:

- Minimum 4 years' industry experience">
- Degree in relevant field">
- Certification in Building Control or Building Regulations and Assigned Certifier training">
