Job Description:

We are seeking a highly skilled Building Control and Compliance Specialist to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for ensuring compliance with building regulations and standards. Your duties will include preparing and completing commencement and completion notices, compiling completion and ancillary certificates, attending client and design meetings, conducting site inspections with detailed reports, and maintaining high standards in building control.

Required Skills and Qualifications:

  • Degree in Architecture, Building Surveying, Civil & Structural Engineering, or Mechanical & Electrical Engineering.
  • Minimum of 4 years' industry experience.
  • Certification in Building Control or Building Regulations and Assigned Certifier training.
