Job Description:

We are seeking a Compliance BCAR Engineer/Inspector to join our team in Dublin. This role involves supporting diverse projects nationwide, ensuring compliance, and maintaining high standards in building control.


The position entails preparing and completing commencement and completion notices, compiling completion and ancillary certificates, attending client, design, and site meetings, and conducting site inspections with detailed reports.

To be successful in this role, you will need:


Required Skills and Qualifications:

- Degree in Architecture, Building Surveying, Civil & Structural Engineering, or Mechanical & Electrical Engineering.
- Minimum of 4 years' industry experience.
- Certification in Building Control or Building Regulations and Assigned Certifier training.
