Job Overview

We are seeking an experienced coordinator to manage the Building Control (Amendment) Regulations (BCAR) process on various construction projects. The successful candidate will coordinate with project teams, assigned certifiers, design teams, and contractors to ensure full BCAR compliance.

Key Responsibilities
  • Manage BCAR documentation via the Building Control Management System (BCMS)
  • Coordinate with project teams and stakeholders to ensure BCAR compliance
  • Prepare and submit BCAR documentation as required
Qualifications and Skills
  • Relevant qualification in construction, engineering, architecture, or a related field
  • Proven experience in BCAR coordination or similar compliance/document control role within the construction industry
  • Strong understanding of BCAR legislation and the Building Control Management System (BCMS)
  • Excellent organisational skills and attention to detail
  • Strong communication skills and ability to work with multidisciplinary teams
