This is an exciting opportunity to take on a new challenge as a Branch Operations Officer in Sutton. As a key member of the team, you will be responsible for ensuring the smooth day-to-day operation of the office and providing exceptional customer service to clients.
Key Responsibilities:
- Provide excellent customer service and represent the company in all dealings.
- Support the branch manager on operational activities to ensure the branch runs efficiently.
- Deal with incoming phone, email, and portal queries relating to the branch.
- Ensure timely responses and accurate record-keeping on Agency Cloud.
- Monitor messages and tasks on Agency Cloud and action them promptly.
- Confirm appointments on Agency Cloud and prepare Terms of Engagement.
- Prepare property marketing kits, order stock, and oversee board orders.
- Produce content for in-house publications and order photos.
- Publish weekly On View times through web portals.
- Update window displays and display screens.
- Ensure accurate inputting of charges on Agency Cloud.
- Request invoices, balancing/transfer accounts, and deposit refunds.
- Review Debtors overspend report and provide feedback.
- Liaise with the Accounts Department to ensure correct allocation of pre-paid advertising and buyer deposits.
- Process credit card payments and cheques, and monitor petty cash.
- Support the branch in preparation for Saturday viewings.
- Distribute weekend viewings numbers to designated regions.
