Job Role

We are hiring a Site Positioning Specialist in Munster, Ireland.

About The Position:

  • Health, Safety, Quality & Environment: Ensure compliance with all safety requirements, create method statements and risk assessments for the works, report any unsafe situations observed, and carry out work in a safe manner.
  • Site Coordination: Liaise with internal and subcontracted teams, third parties including Local Authorities, Utility Providers, Statutory Authorities, and ensure overall understanding of project scope. Check and understand specifications, drawings, and other contract documents, setting out, levelling, and surveying the site in accordance with drawings and specification.
  • Project Planning: Liaising with foremen, planning and reviewing upcoming works, carrying out post-construction analysis to assist with future planning, assisting with creating plans for the project, and liaising with the Project Manager/planner regarding construction programme, programme constraints, etc.

About You:

  • A Master's degree in engineering to support your competency in the role.
  • 2+ years experience as a Site Positioning Specialist.
  • A member of the relevant Professional Institution.
  • Relevant experience via work placements/volunteer placements and performance on similar projects a commitment to carry out the project safely in an environmentally friendly way.
